The 2015 Lagos carnival has come
and gone but the funfair experienced during the celebration was not
commensurate to the publications I noticed on the media. I have waited for more
than a week and the activities of the Lagos carnival 2015 was mentioned in just
few places. I did not witness the final lap at the Tafawa Balewa Square that
was why I have been unwilling to talk about it. However, the road show which I observed
was very spectacular, and in my opinion, I believe it was more fun because some
of the side attractions observed was not seen at the T.B.S, venue of the grand
finale. I therefore want to share the few sights of the event here.
The event was organised, there
was adequate security and vehicular control. All the Local Governments were
represented and there was fun everywhere.
