The British twitt that caused uproar

Gemma Worall, a 20 year old receptionist at a beauty salon in the seaside town of Britain never expected the effect her blunder could cause her family and herself as she tried to air her views in the famous micro-blog twitter.

She had been watching a news programme about the unrest in Ukraine and decided to get involved in the debate.
‘If barraco barner is our president, why is he getting involved with Russia, scary,’ Gemma wrote.

Although she was quick to point out that politics is not her strong suit, her mistakes were so surprising and brought many reactions as people did not only complain for the misspelling of the US President’s name, but for the fact that she feels he is the president of Britain was more shocking.

Within just 12 hours, her comment had been retweeted almost 7,000 times and screenshots of her words were appearing on television news programmes as far afield as Australia, Canada and America.
In the immediate aftermath of her tweet, she says she found the whole thing hilarious. But now, stunned by the global reaction, she says she feels responsible for the detrimental effect it is having on her family.
