On Sunday, The Italian luxury designer, Dolce & Gabbana,
had the debut of its Hijabs and Abayas collections in the Style.com/Arabia.
The collection featured the wears in different
colours starting from neutral black and beige colour to lemon prints and floral
designs. The launch of these collections by a leading designer at the beginning
of the year, points to the possibility of a new phase of designs targeting customers
from the Arab world and Middle East, which is a welcome development and a progress
in market trends.
